I want to talk about being connected as a team and in a virtual sense. When working on projects with your employers, it is so essential to stay connected and share your progress. Not knowing where your team is, or what has been completed can be a HUGE struggle. It can be very frustrating for your group members and yourself to feel in the dark. 
How can you stay connected and share information? The answer is Google Drive, Docs, or Dropbox. I am a firm believe in Google Drive and I absolutely love this free program online. Everyone can see the progress and edit PowerPoint's, documents, and add folders. It's instant and the progress can be seen right as documents are being edited.
This is perfect to stay connected and share progress. It's easy and eliminates a lot of frustration and confusion.
So what do you as a reader take away from this? ALWAYS stay connected. Google Docs and Drive is just one easy way and example of staying connected with your team. If your team doesn't know your progress, this creates a lot of confusion and problems might arise a lot easier.
